Recovery Week Schedule

Doing something different this week. Instead of classes we are scheduling blocks of times our members can come in and work on individualized workouts written by our coaches.

Monday: Ring and Bar Gymnastics

  • 5:30-8:30am (CoEd)
  • 8:30-9:30am (Women Only)
  • 11-1:30pm (CoEd)
  • 4:30-6:30pm (CoEd)

Tuesday: Snatch & Aerobic Hybrid WOD

  • 11-2pm

Wednesday: Floor Gymnastics & Core WOD

  • 5:30-9:30am (CoEd)
  • 11-1:30pm (CoEd)
  • 4:30-6:30pm (CoEd)

Thursday: Clean & Jerk & Aerobic Base WOD

  • 7:30-10:30am (CoEd)
  • 12:30-1:30pm (CoEd)

Friday: Hero

  • 5:30-9:30am (CoEd)
  • 12:30-1:30pm (CoEd)
