Summer Recovery Week

Our Summer Recovery Week is in full swing. Take a look at the week's schedule below. As always guests are welcome and are FREE this week!

 

Monday: Ring and Bar Gymnastics (individualized skill & proficiency work)

  • 5:30-8:30am (CoEd)
  • 8:30-9:30am (Women Only)
  • 11-1:30pm (CoEd)
  • 4:30-6:30pm (CoEd)

Tuesday: Snatch & Aerobic Hybrid WOD

  • 11-2pm

Wednesday: Floor Gymnastics & Core WOD

  • 5:30-9:30am (CoEd)
  • 11-1:30pm (CoEd)
  • 4:30-6:30pm (CoEd)

Thursday: Clean & Jerk & Aerobic Base WOD

  • 7:30-10:30am (CoEd)
  • 12:30-1:30pm (CoEd)

Friday: Hero WOD

(all CoEd classes)

  • 5:30am
  • 630am
  • 730am
  • 830am
  • 12:30-1:30pm 

There will be no scheduled classes on Saturday or Sunday. We hope you enjoy a relaxing weekend!
