- 1. Tempo Deadlift: 3x5 (T: 3-1-3) (E3M)
AR= x10 Hollow Rocks & x10 V-ups
- 2. Deadlift: 6x1 (E2M)
AR= xME L-sit hold
With a 13 minute clock complete AMRAP of;
Only move to the next exercise and corresponding rep scheme once you've completed the reps of the prior exercises to "UNBROKEN". Rest as needed. This is a test of muscular endurance.
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5…...Deadlifts Rx 185/130
- 10 Dual DB Bench Press Rx 50's/35's
- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5…...Front Squats Rx 185/130
